Our wedding hall features 14 handcrafted wooden farmhouse tables, or 15 round tables with ivory linen, and padded wooden chairs.

Couples can also choose to have each table adorned with eucalyptus garlands, LED flickering candles, and choose from a variety of table runner selections.

Between your ceremony and reception, guests are welcome to play lawn games, chat around the fireplaces and on patios—or they can simply relax in armchairs overlooking the peaceful prairie property.

STEP 03: Planning & support

Once you’ve booked your wedding date, we offer continuous support, including advice, answering questions, and helping to juggle logistics leading up to the final details meeting. 

Tour Availability: The venue is also available for a second (or third) tour if needed.

Approximately a month before your wedding day, we’ll meet to finalize event details and ensure nothing has fallen through the gaps. 

During this meeting, we will:

+ Finalize your details sheet, which covers the final guest count, vendor list, and specific decorative choices.

+ Lead you on a site walk-through to help you visualize how the day will go, and ensure you’re happy with every detail.

Two days before your wedding day, we’ll call you to check the weather and confirm if the ceremony will be held indoors or outdoors.

step 06: Setup and rehearsal

Two-Day Package
The venue will be available to you at 2:00 pm the day before your wedding. We’ll meet you at the door to make sure you have access to everything you need, and we’ll be available to help for the rehearsal (including setting up our in-house speaker system). If desired, we can supply a grill for the rehearsal dinner.

Once you’re done, we’ll clean up and secure the building, ensuring it’s ready for your wedding day.

One-Day Package
The venue will be available to you at 9 or 10 am (depending on whether you’ve chosen a weekday or weekend package) on your wedding day. We’ll be there to walk you through all the details as you set up, and we can assist you with any last-minute planning or decorating.

We’ll be available to you throughout to make sure you can relax and enjoy your big day!

We’ll meet you bright and early at the designated start time, and we’ll be available throughout the day by call or text. We can coordinate with you or your designated day-of contact person. 

About an hour before the ceremony begins, we’ll be on site to handle final details, such as putting out water bottles.

Due to our zoning, the last dance is at midnight. However, we offer a 45-minute grace period for guests and the wedding party to find their way home. We highly recommend hiring a shuttle service, and we can recommend one if you need.

Yes, we have a prep kitchen with a full-size double wall oven, cooktop, and cooler that couples can use.

We do not, we like to focus on what we do best - hosting your wedding! However, we've curated a vendor list of trusted companies we’ve worked with in the past that you can view here.

Yes, a 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. To make the investment more manageable, the deposit is split into two payments — 25% at the time of booking and 15% three months later. The remaining 60% is due three months before your event.

Our standard rental includes use of the venue, tables, chairs, setup/teardown, decor, bridal suite, grooms suite, and lawn games.

What is included in the rental fee?

Absolutely! You can bring in your own alcohol, mixers, and supplies, and there’s no corkage fee. We do this to help keep your celebration affordable and flexible — you’re welcome to hire a bartender of your choice.

Every booking includes our Wedding Day Support Team — a dedicated group to help manage venue details, coordinate vendor arrivals, and keep the schedule flowing. We handle the behind-the-scenes logistics so your day feels seamless and relaxed.

How do you support us on our wedding day?

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but we may allow you to transfer to a new date if available.

Yes, we provide on-site gravel parking for up to 65 vehicles, with additional overflow parking available. A separate vendor parking area is also provided. However, we recommend hiring a shuttle service to ensure your friends and family get home safely.

Due to our zoning, our event end time is at 12 am, with a 12:45 am hard stop for your event.

Yes, we have an in-house sound system, projector, projector screen, and microphones available to use, free of charge.

Yes, you are welcome to personalize the space. However, candles, confetti, and nails/tacks are not permitted.

Sparklers are allowed in designated areas; fireworks require prior approval and permits.
