Our dream of opening a venue started when our daughter, Tamara, got married on our property. In the months leading up to her wedding, we dove into the planning, building, and decorating—and we loved every minute of it!

The experience was incredibly rewarding, and the feedback we got from friends and family convinced us we needed to open an event space. Since then, it has been a joy and privilege to help others celebrate their special moments here, too.

Tamara was the very first bride to say “I do” on the River Valley property back in 2017 — before the venue itself was built!

Since that special day, she’s loved helping other couples bring their own wedding visions to life. From coordinating to setup and takedown, Tamara is there to make sure every detail comes together seamlessly. She also prepares all of the event agreements and finds so much joy in the little touches that make each wedding day uniquely special for our couples.

Married on the property in 2021, Nicole pours her heart into showing couples just how special this place is. She manages our social media, works with photographers, and creates content for our website and promotional materials.

Nicole’s deep connection to the venue gives her a unique perspective, her goal is to help people feel the beauty and atmosphere of River Valley Venue long before they ever step foot on the property.

Darrell and Sue were custom homebuilders for 23 years before building and launching the River Valley Venue. They love using their project management experience to help clients implement their vision in the venue.

They’ll be there to help as much, or as little, as you need through the process. On the day of your event, they’re onsite and hands-on—coordinating details, offering support wherever it’s needed, and ensuring your experience is as smooth, meaningful, and personal as it should be.
